Westwinds Sleeps 4 Guests (+ 1 Pet by arrangement) and is let on an informal basis to try and accommodate the needs of the guests, this is a special place and guest on occasions often meet each other as one set are arriving and the others are leaving!, keys are made available from 3.30pm on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated approximately around 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. This is an old fashioned family holiday home, and you are asked to clean and leave the chalet ready for the next visitor as well as remove all your rubbish.

Kitchen Area – Newly fitted cream base and wall units, with worktops and calor gas cooker. Views of bay and Rame Head. Kettle and an ample supply of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
Shower Room - with shower cubicle, basin, mirrored bathroom cabinet, WC.
Double Bedroom - Well presented small double bedroom with 4.6ft double bed, bedside tables, Double wardrobe
Bunk Room - Well presented cosy bunk room ideal for children or adults, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Private Garden – surrounds the chalet, with magnificent views of the bay
Bedding - The provision of 2x double duvets and 2x single duvets plus 8 pillows is included in the rental tariff for 4 guests.
PLEASE NOTE YOU NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN PILLOW CASES, BASE SHEETS AND COVERS.
Towels – You need to provide your own.
Solar Power - ELECTRICITY - Electricity via solar, but you must be sensible and not use unnecessary power, or you may run out. You can only use it for basic lighting , phone charging and stereo, for more questions please contact us.
You cannot use it for hairdryers or hair straightners! so ‘au natural is the motto for this holiday’!
Calor Gas Fire stove – Included in the tariff
No Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Parking - There is parking in the lay-by at the top of the cliff and also in the farmers field.

Holding Deposit (Required upon booking): A deposit will be required upon booking, with the remaining amount due 8 weeks before your arrival. The deposit amount changes thought the year according to the date of your stay. If your stay is within 8 weeks of your booking the full amount will be required immediately. Please contact us for more information.
Security Deposit: A cheque for £200 is required 2 weeks before the start of your stay. This cheque will be cashed and the money refunded 7 days once an inspection of the property has been made after your departure.
